If it relates to the UK,

1)  'WHS' is the popular name for WH Smith Ltd – the most well-known chain of book stores/stationers/newsagents in the UK:

2)  I'm not so sure about 'PRMR', but it looks like a probable abbreviation for 'Premier'. There are lots of shops in the UK with 'Premier' in their names, but one of them is Premier Stores – a UK-wide chain of small local convenience (food, newspaper, magazine etc) stores:

Premier Stores also sell batteries.

However, 'PRMR' may refer to some other company with 'Premier' in its name, or may not even mean 'Premier' at all.

That also makes sense.

A lot depends, I think, on which country it refers to (which only the asker knows). If it's the UK, 'WHSmith' is more likely, but if it refers to some other country, it's less likely, as most of WHSmith's 1,600 shops are in the UK, with the remainder in Australia, India and 27 other countries. However, they've no stores at all in the USA or Canada, so will be unheard of there.

А зачем эти аббревиатуры переводить? Пусть те, кому надо и выясняют про это. Выяснять будут точно не у переводчика. А если вдруг у него, то есть ответ: Вопрос интересный, но не ко мне.:)

"Total WHS " - вряд ли это относится к какой-л. одной компании, тогда бы вопроса у аскера не возникло, т.к. в предыдущих фразах было бы об этом WHS написано
