Помогите, please. Компания А хочет, чтобы компания В извлекала Мо из отработанных катализаторов компании А. Компания В написала о своих условиях:

If we entered finally into a tolling agreement, it should contain frame conditions, as follows:

-free delivery of feedstock on a regular monthly basis

-your payment for MoO3-product based on published actual LME-notation for Mo, to be multiplied by a tolling-factor (i.e. f=0,80)

Непонятно, что такое tolling-factor.
