Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести balance, balance intake bin, balance substructure, outlet hopper.

маус, подозреваю, что у Вас balance используется в значении "весы". Если это подтверждается контекстом, то, соответственно,
balance = весы
balance intake bin = приёмное устройство/контейнер
balance substructure = основание / опорная часть весов
outlet hopper = выходной бункер

ой, чуть не забыла - ИМХО !
