* 'We have no (current/present) or (potential/prospective) ......'
* 'financial interest' or even Amor's 'vested interest' may be better than just 'interest' alone as, although it obviously refers to a financial (valuation) issue, 'interest' by itself can be ambiguous – as in eg 'we have no interest in [=no wish to get involved in] this project'.
* 'the appraised property' => 'the property that is the subject of this appraisal' (as in leka's para 17) sounds better in a legal document.

(Note also that, if it refers to the financial value of land/buildings being sold, eg through an estate agent, Americans tend to talk about 'real estate' and (I believe) 'real estate appraisals', whereas Brits tend to talk about 'property' and 'property valuations').
