Subject: Mercant Unit Manager gen. This Agreement is entered into effective as of the last date of signature of this Agreement, by and between «Vilmorin S.A.» corporation (Customer) in the person of Gilles Lorain, Mercant Unit Manager,and LLC «KAEREM SEEDS», represented by Manager Svystun Nataliia (Contractor), acting on the grounds of Statute, each being referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
