Первый абзац инструкции по эксплуатации некоего нагревателя.

The elements in the heater can be wired for a number of control requirements. The wiring configuration should be marked on the terminal enclosure label. The use of any other connection configuration should only be done with the companies’ approval. The stage which is the first on and last off, should have the control attached to it. A zone configuration is a single stage split for multi-cable inputs. The advantage of this is, if one cable fails then the current load would not be passed to the other cables. The controls would see a multi-zone as a single stage.

Как я понимаю, имеется единственный разъем для многокабельного ввода. Смысл ясен. Но не знает ли кто, как это должно звучать технически грамотно?

ИМХО
1.Здесь не разъем, а что-то более сложное, т.к. при обрыве одного кабеля ток не передается на другие кабели.
М.б. Конфигурация зоны - это один каскад с расщепителем для подключения нескольких кабелей.
2. Для системы управления (? = Control) несколько зон будут эквиваленты одному каскаду.
Вообще смысл понятий зоны, конфигурации зоны и каскада из этого абзаца не ясен, надо смотреть дальше или схемы. Не лежит ли эта инструкция в И-нете?
