почему именно "сделанная сапожниками"? "Если верблюд - это плохо скроенная лошадь, то МТА - подземка, скроенная теми же портными" Звучит более сочно и не обижает сапожников как гильдию |

I DON'T know, but I expect it was the same person who said 'An elephant is a mouse designed to government specifications'. I HAVE no idea who first made a connection between camels and committees, but it seems to me to be used very unthinkingly. If the intention is to denigrate the work of committees, it does not support the case.
