Более детальное описание проекта: This project will directly address the needs of at least 25 HIV affected children in each site through: establishing effective networks of agencies and specialists for the early identification of pregnant HIV+ women: establishing a comprehensive system of family support through social, medical and psychological patronage of mothers and families caring for children born to HIV+ mothers; and establishing a peer network to support and empower HIV+ women and their families. Apart from the 75+ benefiting from ongoing case management, an additional 225 women will be reached through outreach and early intervention activities. Through intensive early intervention and case management trainings, the project will strengthen the capacity of at least 66 service providers and staff from the project teams and institutional partners, including AIDS Center, Maternity Hospital #4, NGOs.
