Может быть, это скорее значит Be Blessed Tel Hai - т.е. Да будет благословен Тель-Хай (очень похоже на сокращенную цитату из Жаботинского
"Благословенны будьте росой и дождями, горы верхней Галилеи, Тель-Хай и Кфар-Гилади, Хамра и Метула. Ничего, нашими вы были, нашими будете."
