Subject: PI law Добрый день!Помогите разобраться с аббревиатурой PI, пожалуйста :) Встречается в следующих контекстах: The orders received by Party A from Party B shall come into force after Party A obtains PI confirmed by Party B. If Party A intends to adjust the price for the products, Party A shall inform Party B in written form sixty (60) days in advance. Such an adjustment is not possible after PI is confirmed by Party B. Delivery shall be made on delivery terms FOB Ningbo, China (INCOTERMS 2010). Other delivery terms may be stated in PI agreed by both Parties. Заранее благодарю :) |
