Помогите, пожалуйста, понять выделенный отрывок из лицензионного соглашения:

License Agreement
Rights granted and Exclusivity: VOD, AdVOD, ...
Materials: video files, audio files.
Material costs: Materials: on loan with free access.
Shipping Costs: Forward to the Distributor on Licensor. Forward to the Licensor on Distributor.
Delivery Date: After receiving the full guarantee and within 5 days on receiving the full payment.

при направлении Distributor'у оплата за счёт Licensor'а
И наоборот соответственно
