Подскажите, пожалуйста, как перевести Double side rows reverse.

Область - сельское хозяйство, т.е. это какой-то тип рядов (грядок).

I'm not a farming expert, but the English Wikipedia may provide some clues:

Single-sided ploughing *
The first mouldboard ploughs [отвальные плуги] could only turn the soil over in one direction (usually to the right), as dictated by the shape of the mouldboards. [....] The one-sided action gradually moved soil from the sides to the centre line of the strip. If the strip was in the same place each year, the soil built up into a ridge.
