Dear forum,

In my text (УЗИ почек/органов брюшной полости), the term 'не изменен' appears repeatedly. Does this really mean 'without finding' (see English dictionary) rather than 'unchanged' in the contexts below?

УЗИ ОБП
ПЕЧЕНЬ
Размеры: не изменены
Эхогенность: не изменена

'without finding' is the same and OK too, however, you can't say that about the size. "liver size without findings" doesn't sound right.
