такого яп. слова быть не должно
по крайней мере фрагмент "dis" не яп.

не опечатка ли?
есть англ. слово disfigure (см.)
что деформации сродни

нет, речь идет о форме

The English in that paragraph is about 4-5/10. Should have hired a translator!

'disgigure' = misspelling of 'disfigure' -- but it's completely the wrong word to use here. It's used mainly with people and a small number of things which are perceived as 'beautiful' -- such as paintings, scenery etc. You'd definitely never use it with a fuel tank. Also 'disfigure' is a verb only, not a noun. And the expression 'like as' doesn't exist in English.

=> 'Fill (the?) fuel tank up to the 'full' level and leave it for at least 3 hours. Then check for abnormalities in the tank such as leaks, abnormal expansion, changes in its shape, and so on'.
