What is the usual approach to my relapsed/refractory B cell NHL?
Most patients with relapsed or refractory B NHL receive additional medicine in the form of chemotherapy. There are several different regimens, such as R-ICE (Rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide), radiation, R-DHAX (rituximab, dexamethasone, cytarabine, oxaliplatin), ESHAP (etoposide, solumedrol, cytarabine, cisplatin), RDHAP (rituximab, dexamethasone, cytarabine, cisplatin), or other clinical trials.
Patients often undergo a stem cell transplant which typically administers high-dose chemotherapy for the lymphoma followed by infusion of the patient's own stem cells that were 'harvested' prior to the chemotherapy.

А именно ..., or other clinical trials. Что здесь имеется в виду? Другие оцениваемые в клинических исследованиях схемы химиотерапии?

Подозреваю, "several different regimens" не традиционное лечение, а еще на стадии клинических исследований. Поэтому они предлагают или эти из списка, или же or other clinical trials.

Насколько я понимаю .. схемы лечения R-ICE, R-DHAX, ESHAP, RDHAP, лучевая терапия уже давно используются ..

В таком случае просто "other " лишнее.
makes sense.
или проводят лечение известными методами, или же можно поучаствовать в исследовании и попробовать новый метод.
