Любое значительно изменение в структуре собственности (или ее части) компании Поставщика, ответственной за исполнение Поставщиком обязательств по Договору.

Может, вместо "ответственной" - может сказаться?? Где тут сказуемое?

тут нет сказуемого (и действия). тут описание факта имхо. как пункт из перечисления.

Дык в том то и беда, что это просто пункт:

13. NOTICES

Я думаю, в юридическом документе не надо ничего менять - as is.

а вот насчет "or the part of the Supplier’s business " - вы уверены, что там не опечатка?

не имелось ли в виду "on the part of the Supplier’s business"?

по-английски, конечно, немного неуклюже, но хотя бы имеет смысл

А мне кажется, "or" обосновано - любое существенное изменение в структуре собственности или той части деятельности Поставщика, которая обеспечивает исполнение договора со стороны Поставщика.

Только вот что-то недописано) Есть впечатление, что они это к пункту 12.1 писали.
