у Вас про продажу бизнеса? возможно это примерный/типовой отчет о закрытии сделки

Скорее всего, Вы правы, т.к. в следующем разделе (который переводить не надо) говорится следующее:

At least four (4) Business Days prior to the anticipated Closing Date,
Seller shall cause to be prepared and delivered to Purchaser a closing statement (the “Closing Statement”) setting forth Seller’s good-faith estimate of (i) the Adjustment Amount (such estimate, the “Estimated Adjustment Amount”), (ii) the Closing Cash Amounts (such estimate, the “Estimated Closing Cash Amounts”) and (iii) the Closing Funded Debt (such estimate, the “Estimated Closing Funded Debt”). Все, что связано с Closing (e.g., Estimated Closing Cash Amounts) означает "...на момент закрытия сделки"... Посмотрю Вашу ссылку.

Остается только сам термин перевести, а он далек от определения...

Слово Closing уводит (точнее, уже не уводит) и в сторону "закрытия сделки", и в сторону "заключительного баланса", хотя в определении - именно "приблизительный расчет"..

в последней ссылке про чист. обор. капитал, если посмотреть с начала текста, "Closing" идет, как "закрытие сделки" - Prior to Closing, after the Closing, и т.п.
и еще хороший абзац, из которого ясно, что баланс (Balance Sheet) и Statement ("written statement") два самостоятельных термина, а также в конце более ясным становится Sample

мне кажется, что для краткости лучше дать без раб. капитала, т.к. все равно в тексте есть перечисление того, что в нем содержится, и про этот расчет раб. капитала

как вариант "Примерный отчет дату закрытия (сделки)"

В SPA-ях за что ни возьмись - всё closing. Я тпк обычно и пишу - баланс закрытия, отчёт закрытия и т.п.
