Здравствуйте, помогите, пожалуйста перевести выражение banding status вот в таком предложении из тендерной документации Note: In consultation with MSE12, and where Tenderer banding status is green and valid, Tenderer shall state so in its submission with evidence from MSE12 and shall therefore ignore this Article 2.6.

Смысл, видимо, такой - ["диапазонный" условно говоря] статус [оценки] - green (по аналогии с green, amber, red)? Т.е. наверное, смотрят сколько баллов и в какую категорию попадает? Я думаю, как-то так.
