Это предложение из Руководства по эксплуатации для ТРЦ МЕГА. Возможно, Center Court Leader имеет какое-то отношение к фуд-корту (food court) - точке общепита, которая есть, наверное, во всех ТРК/ТРЦ. Хотя не факт, конечно.
