'we are all THE one': Стилл дазнт мэйк сэнс in modern English unless

a) you're writing in a religious or similar script in which 'the one' means something, OR
b) you're using 'the one' to mean 'ego', OR
c) 'the one' has been mentioned in a previous sentence, and you're repeating it as it was used in that sentence, as in:
-- Alright, who's the one who's eaten my cake?
-- We're all "the one", because we all took a slice and we've all eaten some of it.
OR
d) something follows 'the one', eg 'the one who ....', OR
e) it's from the lyrics to a song (these often don't follow any rules of grammar), OR
f) you're a Martian.
