В случае ликвидации Компания будет платежеспособной и в состоянии выплатить долги всем кредиторам, так как Истец предполашает, что акционерам вернутся денежные средства в ходе ликивидации?? .
В соответствии с вышеизложенным, Истец предполагает, что в случае ликвидации останутся денежные средства для акционеров??
