В документе об укладке морского трубопровода есть следующий раздел:

Start-Up or Lay-Down: 1st End Pull or 2nd End Lay

Пояснение к разделу:
The considerations here apply to either end of a line lay offshore at a fixed surface asset, (such as a platform or an FPS), or at a subsea asset (such as a wellhead, DMA or a manifold assembly), or at a pipeline interconnection on the seabed or from a previously laid pipeline section on the seabed.

Суть перечисленного в пояснении ясна. Не ясно только, что из этого относится к start up, а что к lay down (если вообще относится), и как их назвать по-русски. Возможно, кто-то сталкивался с терминами, которые бы тут подошли?
