Дорогие переводчики. Прошу проверить перевод отрывка с рус. на анг. из Договора аренды помещения. Делаю первый раз. А может у кого есть Договор аренды на английском с таким вот текстом ??)

Настоящим Договором аннулируются любые другие соглашения, в которые Стороны вступили до заключения настоящего Договора и которые каким-либо образом относятся к сфере действия Договора, и настоящий Договор (включая Приложения) составляет полную договоренность Сторон. Устные соглашения и предложения, сделанные во время переговоров по настоящему Договору, не будут считаться условиями данного Договора.

The present Agreement shall canceled any other agreement the Parties entered into before the conclusion of this Agreement and that in any way relate to the scope of the Agreement and this Agreement (including the Annexes) is the entire agreement of the Parties. Oral agreements and proposals made during the negotiations under the Agreement will not be considered as the terms of this Agreement.

только поправлюсь - supersede. Иногда в этом слове так и тянет опечататься.
