Может ли быть EI&C = Electrical, instrumentation and control engineering?
Но в контексте почему-то дублируется control.
Пожалуйста, предложите свои варианты перевода.

Первое сontrol - кип (потому что в связке с I&), второе - системы управления. Так и разведите.
Проектирование электрики, КИП и систем управления.

щас почему-то "кипиа" любить перестают, больше "кип " юзают (по своим заказчикам сужу), но имхо пофиг, лишь бы единообразно по всему тексту или то или то.
