"Committed Conversion Date" means the date set for the Conversion by the Conversion Change Board following completion and finalization of the Conversion Plan, which date shall not in any event be later than June 30, 1998.

"Conversion" means the conversion of data relating to the Customer's Accounts of Harris Trust and Savings Bank (other than secured card accounts) to the FDR System, and the services required in preparation for such conversion.
