DPM, NDPM, RSM - по смыслу можно догадаться, хотя, могу и ошибаться.
HOFS - не ясно вообще и даже догадок нет.
От заказчика ответ еще не получила, поскольку выходные.
А что вы имеете в виду под "выйти на авторов текста"?

I don't know what 'time in trade' or 'check capacity' mean here. This wasn't your question, but here are a few possible expansions for the abbreviations:

I think, I'm going to use your variant of HOFS and RSM.
About DPM/NDPM, I translated it as a distribution partner and new distribution partner (because of the context). The presentation is about making a training for managers of distributors who are going to train the sales reps then.
However, this is only my guess (about DPM/NDPM), as it is the variant which seems most likely from the context.

I would really appreciate if somebody could help me understand what "time in trade" and "check capacity" mean.
If I get the meaning, I could come up with a translation.
