В тексте партнерского соглашения встретилось следующее:

In addition to the foregoing, the following events shall be deemed transfers within the meaning of Article 9 of this Agreement which shall be subject to the terms and conditions imposed upon transfers:
in the case of a Member that is an estate, the distribution by the fiduciary of the estate's entire interest in the Partnership;

не понимаю значение слова estate в этом контексте. Как может быть участник партнерства имуществом или недвижимостью?

типа в случае имущественного участия/членства - доверительное распределение всех имущественных прав между партнерами.
