Подскажите, пожалуйста, как перевести глагол maintain, если он используется применительно к химическому веществу, и как грамотно перевести термин consequential form в следующем отрывке из договора аренды:

The Tenant shall not use in any way, or permit or suffer the use of the Premises or any part thereof, to either directly or indirectly prepare, produce, generate, manufacture, refine, treat, transport, store, ***maintain***, handle, dispose of, transfer, process, use or utilize any Hazardous Substance as defined herein, in their original or mixed or ***consequential form***, unless it has received the prior written consent of the Landlord.
