ACCEPTED AS SUBMITTED (AS) or ACCEPTED AS NOTED (AN):
Indicates there is no requirement for resubmittal, items require only Client recognition, submittal meets the intent of the Contract documents, and final acceptance will depend upon compliance.

Смысл в целом понятен: принимается в представленном виде, как есть.
Не совсем понятно "as noted".
