Подскажите, пожалуйста, как правильнее перевести на английский:

Наименование, ассортимент, количество и иные характеристики Товара, а также цена Товара и сроки его поставки определяются Сторонами дополнительно и отражаются в Спецификациях на закупку, являющихся неотъемлемой частью настоящего Контракта, подписываемых обеими Сторонами.

Name, quantity, assortment and other specifications of the Goods, and also the price of the goods and the delivery period shall be determined by Parties additionally and are reflected in the Purchase specifications, which are an integral part of the present Contract, signed by both Parties.

Для уточнения перевода опробуйте отдельные термины просто "погуглить",
тогда Вы сразу обнаружите, что характеристики товара = characteristics of good,
сроки поставки = terms of delivery и т.д.

'THE name, assortment, quantity and other specifications of the Goods' looks OK to me.

I'm not sure about 'assortment' though, as this usually means 'a mixture/collection of several different things', as in 'there was an assortment of clothes in the washing machine'. 'Range of goods' is probably closer but is difficult to incorporate into this sentence, so you might as well leave it as 'assortment' unless someone else can think of a better English term.

'Goods' (for товар/товары) is right. 'Goods' is always plural in English, even if it's just a single item -- eg a pencil -- that's being sent. Don't ask me why....

'shall be determined by THE Parties'.
