Помогите разобраться, что имеется ввиду:

When taking car rentals, please decline all offered extra insurances as Vector corporate insurance contracts includes all ( if local policies differ, precision will be given through local procedures).

т.е. если локальные политики отличаются, то что, предпочтение отдается им? precision...
