Формальная фраза, как обычно пишут после заполнения формы с личными данными. Смысл такой: проверьте введенные вами данные; мы не несем ответственности за их корректность.
Please check carefully that the details are correct (check carefully the correctness /the accuracy/ of the details on this form), because we do not accept any responsibility for... (for what? for its accuracy?)

"Корректность данных" не имеет никакого отношения к их точности (достоверности). Корректность данных - это их соответствие определенному (жестко заданному формату), например: два разряда после запятой или MMDDYYYY.

Вы по каким-то специальным методикам тренируетесь, что ли? Читаете одно, а переводите другое...
