Что такое здесь endorsed? Помогите пожалуйста.

13.2 The Customer shall effect the insurances in Clause 13.1 with insurers of recognised standing. The policies of insurance in Clause 13.1 will be endorsed to:
13.2.1 waive any rights of subrogation against Parc, CAE Inc. Ganesh Piga Aviation Services and the Personnel;
13.2.2 provide severability of interest clause among parties;
13.2.3 provide acceptance by the insurers of the contractual and indemnification obligations as set forth in this Agreement; and
13.2.4 provide that coverage required shall not be cancelled or materially changed unless notice is given to Parc at least thirty (30) days prior to such cancellation or material adverse change.
13.2.5 provide an acknowledgment and acceptance that this insurance shall be primary and without right of contribution from any other insurances which may be available to the Additional Insured Parties.

т.е. должен быть указан

а в Вашем случае все перечисленные далее пункты содержат указание на то, что должны обеспечивать policies of insurance, упомянутые в Clause 13.1
