Как правильно: "triweekly report" или "terweekly report"?

имхо, "a three-week report"

triweekly -

1: occurring or appearing three times a week
2: occurring or appearing every three weeks

у Вас же, скорее всего, разовый отчет за 3 недели каких-то там работ

I would avoid 'bi-weekly', 'tri-weekly' etc, as their meaning has always been ambiguous -- possibly not to lexicographers, but certainly to everyone else.

If it covers a three-week period:
'a report covering three weeks' OR
'a report covering a three-week period' OR
'a report covering the three weeks from ../../.. to ../../.. '.

If it's issued every three weeks:
'a three-weekly report'.

If it's issued every two weeks:
'fortnightly' (not 'two-weekly').
