В management representation letter (IFRS) встретился фрагментик, в котором от меня ускользает смысл последней фразы:

Contractual arrangements/agreements

All contractual arrangements entered into by the Group with third parties have been properly reflected in the accounting records or, where material (or potentially material) to the financial statements, have been disclosed to you.

The Group has complied with all aspects of contractual agreements that could have a material effect on the financial statements in the event of non-compliance.

There are no other agreements not in the ordinary course of business.

У меня получилось: Иных соглашений, которые были бы заключены не в ходе обычной хозяйственной деятельности, нет.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, это правильно?

Полагаю, что правильно. Но я предпочла бы вариант: ...выходящих за рамки обычного предпринимательства... (может, и вам так понравится больше?)

да, "в порядке обычной хозяйственной деятельности", в соответствии с обычаями оборота (вот он, кстати, - "оборот". никак не circulation, помните недавнюю дискуссию? (:
