Прошу помощи с переводом термина "On watch items". Контекст (IATA Master Short-Term Lease Agreement):

On Watch Items means conditions or trends which, in accordance with Applicable Engine Standards, require special inspections (as opposed to inspections applicable to all engines of the same type as the Engine) of and/or subsequent remedial maintenance or repairs to the Engine.

Lessee is responsible for the costs of repairing damage to the Engine, and replacing Parts and/or performing maintenance thereon (including any repair or replacement of, or maintenance performed on, any On Watch Items after the Term).

Тут скорее что-то типа "детали, требующие особого учета (или контроля)".
