Subject: Плиз, проверьте согласование времен gen. It was an ordinary working day. I was receiving calls from customers wishing to make payments with their cards. Another client whose call I received was a woman, asking to block her card immediately. She sounded excited and scared, because a few minutes ago, she has received a text message informing her of the fifty dollars transfer witch she didn’t do. She also mentioned that she called to customer support only to clarify the status of her cards.In such situations we should react immediately in order to prevent fraudulent operations and I’ve blocked her card by temporary blocking. While the blocking application is being processed, I checked where the money transferred. |

Если по учебнику, то как минимум had received hadn't done was calling /had called (the customer support) - контекст не ясен, это про этот звонок, или который был раньше I blocked her card was being processed ну и witch замените на which В остальном возможны варианты |

я бы написала I blocked her card temporarily I put/placed a temporary block on her card вместо by temporary blocking unless это устоявшийся термин в банковском деле |

frightened нормально worried confused а вот astonished - это не про утёкшие $ с карточки :) ну если только magician над картой прямо перед ней не поколдовал и бац - денех нет :) Тогда да, certainly astonished :) |
