Контекст пункта TURNOVER OF RECEIPTS BY THE SUBORDINATED CREDITORS :

If at any time prior to the discharge in full of the Senior Liabilities, a Subordinated Creditor receives or recovers:

(a) any payment or distribution of, or on account of, or in relation to, any Subordinated Liabilities which is not permitted by this Deed; or

(b) any amount by way of set-off in respect of any of the Subordinated Liabilities owed to it,

that Subordinated Creditor shall hold that amount on trust for the Senior Creditors and promptly pay that amount to the Facility Agent to be applied by the Facility Agent in discharge of the Senior Liabilities in accordance with the terms of the Finance Documents.
