the center of the cover. Apply medium-strength

Fig. 13. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, torque the
screws oppositely and evenly to 130–150 in-lb
(15–17 N m).

подразумевают star pattern bolt tightening - нагуглите легко
(затягивать болты в последовательности, как "звездочка" по пяти точкам рисуется)
