а я изначально не понимаю, что именно в виду имеется:
1. что каждый сотрудник ни о чём, кроме работы, не думает и прямо всю душу туда запихивает
или
2. каждый сотрудник живёт только на зарплату и других средств к существованию у него нет
хорошо бы как-то пооднозначнее эту тему-рему-теорему выразить
