Как перевести: commitment volume (обязательный объём?) и minutes above the commitment (минуты после объёма?)

честно сказать на счёт commitment у меня мыслей нет, но "минуты после объема" не звучат, если уж и брать значение обязательный.... минуты превыше/свыше обязательного объема.
