Единоличный исполнительный орган Общества может быть избран также и не из числа его участников.

The sole executive body of the Company can also be elected ... (other than from among the company shareholders ?)

Как лучше перевести "не из числа его участников)? Мне мой вариант не нравится. Прошу помощи.

shareholders - интересно была ли причина их так назвать, "участников" этих...

и в этом же аспекте интересно, как будет понято "inside/outside [the company]"
