Добрый день, помогите, пожалуйста, перевести следующее(это описание новой методологии присвоения рейтингов, разработанной Moody's):

We have assigned low default dependence in conjunction with low support in 36% of cases.

default dependence requires that economic linkage is clearly identified.

default dependence is a measure of the correlation between the default risk of the government and that of government-related issuer(GRI). As such, while default dependence encompasses default causation (e.g. where a default by the government causes a default in the GRI), it is not only a measure of causation.
In practice, we do examine possible causal relationships between a potential government default and a GRI default.

default dependencereflects an estimate of the set of events that would lead both the GRI and the government to default simultaneously.
