Прошу помочь перевести фразу из Ammonia Plant and Urea Plant,
UREA MELT PRELIMINARY OPERATING MANUAL

General
When an interlock circuit is activated, (trip action) valves, pumps or other rotating equipment will go to a pre-defined position for instance; a certain valve will close, a pump stops etc. The corresponding controller goes to manual and its output to a pre-defined position to prevent anti-reset wind up and assuring a bump less transfer.
When the ***trip action is released, related actions like closed valves, pumps that have been stopped have to be activated separately.

Сомневаюсь в "trip action is released" - когда подается команда на отключение" или "когда отключение отменяется"? (вот именно значение "release" меня смущает здесь)

Там же написано: (trip action) valves = trip valves
