Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться с частью having the priority and ranking expressed to be created in the Security Document
то есть я это понимаю, как ...в пользу Кредитора, имеющего приоритет и рейтинг, определяемые в Обеспечительном Документе... Так? что-то нет уверенности здесь...

10.11 The Security Document creates (or once entered into, will create):
(a) valid, legally binding and enforceable Security for the obligations expressed to be secured by it; and
(b) subject to registration under Part III of the Companies Law CAP 113 and perfected Security over the assets expressed to be subject to security in it,
in favour of the Lender, having the priority and ranking expressed to be created in the Security Document and ranking ahead of all (if any) Security and rights of third parties except those preferred by law.

имхо, "having the priority and ranking" относится не к Кредитору, а к assets , т.е. обеспечение в соответствии с приоритетом и очередностью/категорией/классом (?)
