Subject: aerospace concept weld. The Inertia Friction Welder that we are proposing is an aerospace concept machine intended to multi-stage assemblies using customer supplied production tooling (we have quoted Production Tooling as an option). This machine is comprised of a set of Test Tooling, a Tailstock Fixture where the Tailstock Tooling mounts, a Spindle that rotates the Spindle Adapter Plate where the Spindle Tooling mounts and connects the Flywheel Package used for storing the necessary energy for welding, a Main Frame which establishes the centerline relationship between the Thrust Group (that pushes the Tailstock Tooling into the Spindle Tooling) and the Spindle, a manipulator for Part Loading assistance, a Hydraulic Power Unit that drives the Spindle and Ram Cylinder, and a Control System responsible for making the whole system work together to make Inertia WeldsРазработан для авиакосмической промышленности?
