trade to the foreign exchange account under current account opened by the overseas trade institution with a bank in the border area of China or from the frontier trade account in the currency of the adjacent country, in case the central bank of the adjacent country that issues the currency in question has signed with the People's Bank of China the bilateral agreement of settlement by native currencies, the frontier trade account in the said currency opened by a frontier trade enterprise shall be used according to the bilateral agreement of settlement by native currencies and be incorporated into the "Management Information System of Foreign Exchange Account".
