Доброе утро. други. Помогите, пожлст., это договор купли-продажи: Обязательства Покупателя по оплате стоимости Судна считаются выполненными с момента поступления денежных средств на расчет. счет Продавца.

...Seller's account is credited for/with the respective amount

... funds are credited/deposited to the Seller's account
