The pressure in the solvent transfer line is controlled via PIC-30001 acting on PV-30001 located in the solvent circulation line downstream of the transfer pumps AB-252/1,2. The temperature in PAL circulation line to the vessel AB-231 is controlled via TIC-30076 acting on TV-30076 located in cooling water (CWS) supply line. This control will not be in operation during the winter period, especially when ambient temperatures below 0°C can occur. In that case the Cooling Water system shall be out of operation avoiding freezing of the water system.

The storage vessel pressure is controlled with a split range control. This control can guarantee an optimal control of the vessel pressure following the variance of incoming / leaving fluid.
Refer to the following table for tags and type of control. Nitrogen (LN) is always used to control the pressure in the vessels. ***When the output of PIC-xxxxx is between 0% and 45%, the output of PV-xxxxx supplying gas closes from 100% to 0% while PV-xxxxx discharging gas remains closed.*** When the output of PIC-xxxxx is between 55% and 100%, the output of PV-xxxxx discharging gas opens from 0% to 100% while PV-xxxxx supplying gas remains in closed position.

Затрудняет вот этот фрагмент:

Как здесь взять "output" - выпуск, выходное значение и вот этот кусочек тоже:

PV - клапан регулирования расхода
PIC - регулятор-индикатор давления..

LRC-24703/14703 :
зависит от того, что такое LRC - КИП/контроллер или механизм.
В первом случае - маловероятно выходной сигнал, во втором - более подобно сигнал величины расхода/величины открытия

PC, как это? регулятор это с выходным сигналом
вроде открытым текстом написано - ведущий/управляющий сигнал, если он 100 % - максимальная частота вращения экструдера, если 0 % - сигнала нет, то минимальная
и насчёт выше:
controlled via PIC-30001 acting on PV-30001 - регулятор PIC-30001, исполнительный орган PV-30001
т.е. не PICxxxx открыт от 0 до 45, а PV-30001
аналогично т-ра
controlled via TIC-30076 acting on TV-30076 - регулятор подаёт управляющий сигнал исполнительному органу (клапану)
много они output'ов напихали :-(
имхо у регулятора это - выходной сигнал, у клапана - действие в результате сигнала
т.е.
При /выходном/ сигнале от PIC-xxxxx в диапазоне между 0% и 45%, клапан подачи газа PV-xxxxx закрывается со 100% до 0%, в то время, как клапан расхода газа PV-xxxxx остаётся закрытым
(простите слабо владеющую а.я., если что)
