Вот, нашел в одном оригинале: This Power of Attorney allows delegation of powers by the Attorney to third parties in full or in part. С учетом Вашего текста можно было бы написать как-то так: Powers confered/granted by this Power of Attorney may be delegated to other parties/persons... |
